Account Manager Job Description

At Recra Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing key client accounts, fostering business partnerships, and driving sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional service.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business interests.
  • Communicate Proactively: Communicate proactively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and seek opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Business Development:
  • Identify New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of food manufacturing trends and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding product offerings, and driving revenue growth.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop Account Plans: Develop account plans and sales forecasts to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service to secure long-term partnerships and drive customer loyalty.
Product and Market Knowledge:
  • Stay Informed: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager in the food manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of client relationship management and sales success.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and industry regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
