About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Agency Manager to lead our Business Centre in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships with clients, and leading a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy for planned branch growth with the Area Operations Manager
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients through regular and structured contact to establish on-going business needs and maximise business potential
  • Lead a team of consultants, maintaining a positive team on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide on-going coaching and support for each consultant
  • Monitor, prepare and communicate financial and performance targets expected and actual performance achieved both as individually and collectively as a team
  • Demonstrate a 'Role Model' commitment to self-development, creating a culture of learning and self-development in the branch

Requirements

  • Experience in a recruitment agency or similar industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry
