Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Business Centre Manager to join our team at MCR Property Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, while driving business growth through marketing, networking, and existing client relationships.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Building & Business Centre Manager to maintain the success of our business centre and oversee the day-to-day management of our 68,353 sqft office building and site-based staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Accurately input client service charges into our in-house systems
    • Collate and input month-end reports, including tel charges, postage, and photocopier usage
    • Monitor and update in-house systems as required
    • Update client files with new information as and when presented
    • Raise purchase orders and book in contractors
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
    • Carry out risk assessments and weekly checks as necessary
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Diary and Meeting Room Management:
    • Manage diary and meeting room bookings
    • Ensure efficient use of meeting rooms and resources
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Assist with debt collection
    • Update in-house procedural documents as required
    • Support the Building & Business Centre Manager in maintaining the success of the business centre
