Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at The Career Agent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our purchasing operations and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base to meet company demand
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs and improve quality
  • Conduct regular supplier visits to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Manage a team of procurement professionals to deliver excellent results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a complex industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading procurement teams and driving supply chain improvements
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the organization
