About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coaching Specialist to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering coaching and development programs to support the Royal Navy's transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Level 3 & 5 CMI Coaching Workshops onsite at Royal Navy sites across the UK
  • Provide pre and post-course administration support
  • Support positive retention activities and meet with service personnel to discuss learning goals
  • Motivate and inspire educators/trainers to achieve a high-quality learning environment
  • Support CPD activities and hold a CMI or ILM L5 Coaching qualification or higher
Requirements
  • Hold a teaching qualification of L3 AET or above, ideally PGCE
  • Experience of delivering training/briefing/coaching sessions to groups
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience with first-class communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills and awareness of the military
  • Flexible with the ability to travel throughout the UK on a regular basis
  • Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
