Candidate Source is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Executive team at the Head Office and oversee associated regional sites. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee daily operations, including production planning, capacity planning, and health and safety
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Manage IT systems and ensure seamless integration with supply chain and manufacturing processes
