About the Role:

A reputable client of ours is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office. This role will be ideal for a professional who is well-versed in payroll management, QuickBooks, and financial reporting, while also handling HR duties. A valid driver's license is required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management: Oversee and process payroll accurately and on time.
  2. QuickBooks Management: Manage accounts, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
  3. Profit & Loss Reports: Prepare and analyse monthly profit and loss statements.
  4. Human Resources Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee records management, onboarding, and addressing HR queries.
  5. Office Operations: Oversee general office operations and ensure a productive working environment.
  6. Driving Duties: Occasional driving duties may be required.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience handling payroll.
  3. Strong knowledge of preparing and analysing profit and loss statements.
  4. HR experience, including recruitment, employee records management, and compliance.
  5. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  6. Valid driver's license.

Desirable Qualities:

  1. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  3. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
