Sales and Account Development Executive

Minerva Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
**Job Responsibilities:**
• Handle incoming inquiries and identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while uncovering growth opportunities.
• Identify and present additional services or products to existing clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
• Generate leads and develop new business through targeted outbound calls and strategic prospecting.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
**What We Offer:**
A competitive base salary of £33,750, uncapped commission, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
