Key Responsibilities

The Commercial Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth and improve profitability.

You will work closely with our category management teams to understand customer needs, develop targeted sales promotions, and negotiate terms with suppliers to drive business outcomes.

Based in London, this role offers a competitive salary range of £500-£650 per day, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of category growth levers, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and shelf placement. You will also have knowledge of e-commerce and omnichannel retail strategies, as well as familiarity with tools and technologies that drive category insights and execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident in leveraging a range of different insight sources to form a well-rounded category perspective. Proficiency in tools like Nielsen, or other analytics platforms, is also essential.
