We are seeking a high-performing individual to join our team as an Associate Graduate Recruiter. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing top talent to drive business growth.

About the Role

  • Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of office and remote work
  • Competitive base salary ranging from £27,500 to £33,000, plus uncapped individual commission

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of success and achievement in previous roles

  • Resilient and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
  • Competitive and goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets
