The Ideal Candidate:

- Recent graduation with a 2:1 minimum or 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Headhunting senior figures using targeted search approaches

- Actively networking with industry connections, market mapping, and utilizing various databases and industry resources
- Working towards daily KPIs, incentive-related targets, and promotional goals
