Job Title: Financial Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Financial Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brook Street. As a Financial Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing tailored financial support to customers, working closely with them to develop sustainable repayment plans that cater to their unique financial situations.

About the Role:

  • Deliver Exceptional Financial Support: Collaborate with customers to understand their financial situations and provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Manage Repayment Plans: Work with customers to create and manage repayment plans, ensuring timely payment and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain regular communication with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
