Bridge Maintenance Supervisor

A challenging opportunity has arisen to lead a multi-trade team in maintaining Scotland's iconic structures, including the Queensferry Crossing.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of technicians to deliver cyclic maintenance programs and associated tasks.
- Lead maintenance activities on major bridges, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Administer records, including timesheets and scheme files.
- Manage team health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Work to cyclic maintenance programs, prioritizing tasks and resources.
- Produce job and project estimates, ensuring accurate cost projections.
- Conduct inspections of completed works, identifying areas for improvement.
- Produce and review health and safety documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead a rescue team, responding to emergencies and incidents.
- HNC in an engineering discipline.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Commercial awareness, understanding the financial implications of maintenance decisions.
- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
- Fully approved UK driving license.
