Bridge Maintenance Supervisor

A challenging opportunity has arisen to join BEAR Scotland's Maintenance team, responsible for the upkeep of Scotland's iconic structures, including the Queensferry Crossing.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multi-trade team in maintenance activities on major bridges.
- Supervise technicians and ensure the delivery of cyclic maintenance programs.
- Administer records, including timesheets and scheme files.
- Manage team health and safety.
- Work to cyclic maintenance programs and produce job/project estimates.
- Conduct inspections of completed works and produce health and safety documentation.
- Lead a rescue team and demonstrate flexibility in leading nightshift works as required.
- HNC in an engineering discipline.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Competence in Word/Excel.
- Commercial awareness.
- Work at height and confined space experience.
- A fully approved UK driving license.
