Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated Membership Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is a full-time position with a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be entitled to quarterly commission, with uncapped earning potential (3-6k based on performance). Working hours are 40 hours per week, and the successful candidate will report directly to the Studio Manager, Joe Williams.

Key Responsibilities:

The Membership Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales of new memberships and retaining current ones at both F45 Oxford Circus and FS8 Oxford Circus. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with all new leads from the 'Loyalsnap' sales dashboard to sign them up for trials, memberships, or customized package bundles.
  • Following up with new trial leads to book their first class.
  • Welcoming first-time visitors prior to their initial class, ensuring they are familiar with studio procedures.
  • Post-first-class follow-ups to solicit feedback, gauge interest, and devise tailored strategies for each individual case.
  • Gathering sales notes from coaches and inputting them into the 'Loyalsnap' sales dashboard.
  • Providing prompt assistance to members through various communication channels, including email and Whatsapp hotlines.
  • Executing operational tasks to maintain optimal day-to-day functioning of the studio.
  • Supporting the Studio Manager in coordinating community events throughout the year.
  • Managing direct messaging tasks via Instagram channels.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Level 2 Fitness Instructor certification (preferred).
  • Previous sales experience.
  • A genuine passion for sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The energy and enthusiasm to contribute to the management of daily operations.
  • A proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
