Senior Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Group Risk, Compliance & Privacy Function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating the delivery of a learning and development framework for corporate governance-based teams across Admiral Group.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering learning and development initiatives, with experience working with various levels of stakeholders, including senior managers and leaders. You will be responsible for building an 'Admiral GRCP career pathway', including role profiling, skillset mapping, progression routes, and learning resources.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a pilot development programme to the initial Compliance-based role cohort
  • Working with GRCP senior leaders and managers to develop a full Governance Academy framework and operating model
  • Delivering other talent/development initiatives aimed at upskilling GRCP colleagues
  • Coordinating logistics of GRCP mentorship and secondment initiatives
  • Supporting digital training, including LinkedIn learning pathways
  • Maintaining content of GRCP Training SharePoint
  • Creating feedback forms and collating feedback and other M.I.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of key activities in the compliance area
  • Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering learning and development initiatives
  • Experience working on learning and development initiatives within previous roles or companies
