Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Learning and Development (L&D) activities and deliver high-quality training across our Academy Portfolio. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our L&D team to update and develop training materials, facilitate and schedule training sessions, and evaluate learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Induction and Onboarding
    • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth induction process for new starters, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
    • Deliver comprehensive IT inductions and ensure completion of statutory and mandatory training.
  • Training Delivery
    • Communicate with new starters and managers to understand role requirements and IT training needs.
    • Develop and deliver training using classroom, online, and blended learning methods.
    • Improve the use of IT systems and provide user training for all applications.
  • Training Development
    • Identify training gaps and develop effective solutions.
    • Create and maintain training materials and 'how to' guides for end users.
    • Record and evaluate training activities, providing recommendations for training improvements based on feedback, business requirements, and trends.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels across the firm to ensure colleagues have the necessary skills and tools to succeed in their roles.
    • Provide strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
