About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our clients in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning and development programs to equip employees with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to implement effective learning programs and ensure employees meet necessary standards within Health and Social Care.
  • Develop and deliver training courses, advise on external training providers, and support employees at all levels across the organization.
  • Travel throughout Wales, including overnight stays, to support regional development meetings and other business needs.
Requirements
  • A Level 4 qualification in Learning and Development or an equivalent.
  • Experience working at a senior level within the Health and Social Care sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of vocational qualifications and regulatory frameworks relevant to the sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
What We Offer

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary ranging from £31,000 to £34,000. You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, hybrid environment and lead L&D activities, develop your skills, and support the ongoing professional development of the staff.
