Capital Law Limited is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality training across the Academy Portfolio. As a key member of the Learning and Development team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure colleagues have the required skills and tools to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth induction process for new starters.
  • Deliver IT inductions and ensure completion of statutory and mandatory training.
  • Communicate with new starters and managers to understand role requirements and IT training needs.
  • Seek feedback, evaluate, and act on it, providing follow-up training when required.
  • Identify training gaps and develop effective solutions.
  • Create and deliver training using classroom, online, and blended learning.
  • Improve use of IT systems and provide user training for all applications.
  • Work with IT to improve digital literacy and identify solutions to build colleague capability.
  • Assist in customizing applications and services and create relevant user guides.
  • Coordinate refresher and statutory update training and ensure colleagues are clear on available training.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and 'how to' guides for end users.
  • Record and evaluate training activities, provide recommendations for training improvements based on feedback, business requirements, and trends.
