Job Title: IT Incident & Problem Manager

Location: Remote

Type: Contract – Inside IR35

Duration: 1 Year (Further Extendable)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Incident & Problem Manager to join our team at ALOIS Solutions. As an Incident Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the resolution of complex technical issues and ensuring minimal disruption to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chairing Major Incident / Root Cause Analysis calls and coordinating workstreams with global teams/vendors
  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies for a wide audience
  • Utilizing Service Management processes and best practices such as ITIL; qualified to ITIL Foundation level (minimum)
  • Managing supplier relationships in an outsource or SIAM partnership
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, particularly in a multi-customer scenario
  • Utilizing ServiceNow to track and resolve incidents
  • Providing leadership and expertise in IT Service Management, with a focus on technical issue resolution

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency to CEFR C1 or above
  • Approximately 5 years' technical experience
  • Expertise in IT Incident and Problem Management
  • Strong leadership experience in IT Service Management
  • Experience working in IT at a leadership level
