Job Title: Hardware Electronics Test Engineer

Job Summary:

eTeam is seeking a skilled Hardware Electronics Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, procedures, and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test plans, procedures, and tools to test hardware and electronics systems
  • Conduct thorough testing of products to identify defects and areas for improvement
  • Maintain and improve existing test automation tools and scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure test plans align with product requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware and electronics testing
  • Strong understanding of electronics test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and spectrum analyzers
  • Experience with test and validation methodologies and scripts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, such as EMC and safety regulations
