As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies for new products, designing and developing automated test equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of test processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test strategies for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and develop automated test equipment solutions for hardware components, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to ensure effective integration of test processes.
  • Enhance test methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and maintain detailed documentation and generate comprehensive test reports.
  • Provide support during development and production phases to ensure standards and specifications are met.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified or suitable equivalent experience in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering fields.
  • Experience and awareness of Development and Production Test Techniques and implementation.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite with good communication skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of structured Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) techniques.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of test strategies and Automated Test Equipment for new products.
  • Some experience collaborating with Manufacturing Teams and Design teams.

Security Clearance

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to gain UK government security clearance. To achieve this, you must hold British or dual nationality.
