Job Summary
Net2Source Inc. is seeking a skilled Hardware Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate hardware functionality and performance.
- Develop and maintain automation test tools to improve test efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to identify and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Create and maintain detailed test reports and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, such as EMC and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Strong background in electronics and experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
- Proficiency in using test and validation methodologies and scripts to test hardware and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- UK driver's license and ability to commute to off-site test houses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with developers to design test cases for new products and technologies.
- Ability to summarize technical information for varying audiences and levels of detail.
- Experience managing a test workstack and prioritizing tasks effectively.
