">We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our team as a Vehicle Mechanics Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions to students and ensuring they receive the knowledge and confidence to tackle any engineering problem.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing relevant training material and collaborating with the Media and Graphics Department for input to create Initial Trade Training material.">
- Maintaining a Continuous Personal Development (CPD) portfolio in respect of new technologies and equipment.">
- Reviewing course material and content to ensure it is current and evolves to support equipment and technology advances.">
- Ensuring trainee development through monitoring, feedback appraisal, discipline, and training interventions.">
Requirements:

- A driving licence and own vehicle.">
- A Vehicle Mechanics background.">
- A Level 3 Vehicle Mechanics qualification.">
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment.">
Desirable Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment.">
- A Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training.">
