Vehicle Maintenance Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Maintenance Trainer to join our team at the Atlas Recruitment Group Limited.
Estimated Salary: £36,400 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students in vehicle mechanics, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to tackle any engineering challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relevant training materials and collaborate with other departments to create effective training content.
- Maintain a Continuous Personal Development portfolio on new technologies and equipment.
- Review and update course material to reflect current technology advances.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback and appraisal.
Requirements:
- A valid driving license and own vehicle.
- A background in vehicle mechanics.
- A Level 3 Vehicle Mechanics qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment.
