Lead Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles in Cambridgeshire and East Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and developing engineering processes to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering transport maintenance and repair, with hands-on experience of repairing and maintaining larger vehicles. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage multi-site engineering teams.
A recognised Engineering Qualification is essential, ideally in Engineering Transport Maintenance and Repair. The estimated salary for this role is between £70,000-£75,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles.
- Develop and implement engineering processes to ensure high standards.
- Manage multi-site engineering teams of skilled and unskilled workers.
