Rxcelerate Limited Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Biologics Research Scientist to join our team at the Babraham Research Campus in Cambridge. This is a full-time, lab-based role where you will perform molecular biology techniques, phage display selections, and antibody characterisation assays to support internal and external programmes.

Main Responsibilities
- Perform antibody phage display selections and screening to support internal and external programmes
- Develop and optimise biochemical plate-based screening assays (ELISAs, TR-FRET assays)
- Run biochemical and cell-based profiling assays for antibody characterisation
- Analyse experimental data to enable profiling or selection of best antibody candidates

Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent demonstrated experience) with experience gained in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Hands-on experience with antibody display platforms, ideally phage display libraries
- Skilled in molecular biology and microbiological techniques such as PCR, cloning, gel electrophoresis, DNA sequence analysis, and aseptic cell culture
