About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Merchandiser to join our dynamic Merchandising team. As a Trainee Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting the Merchandising team to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse sales history and identify trends to inform product decisions
  • Support the Merchandising team in planning and executing product strategies
  • Collaborate with the Trading team to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management
  • Provide administrative support for trading meetings and sample gathering
  • Update delivery schedules and systems to reflect the latest delivery position
  • Ensure all department Purchase Orders are created accurately and in line with the Critical Path
  • Prepare trackers for Progress Meetings to ensure problems are dealt with promptly and effectively
  • Update systems with guidance on product information, lead times, and sizing
Requirements
  • Work experience or relevant degree in Merchandising, Finance, or Business
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the Fashion Industry
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Awareness of and enthusiasm for the Joules brand
  • Analytical and mathematically minded
