About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Merchandiser to join our dynamic Merchandising team at Joules HQ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse sales history, review size ratios, and identify best and worst sellers to inform stock strategy.
  • Gain a commercial understanding of product ranges and assess stores and competitors to drive business growth.
  • Provide administrative support for trading meetings, including best and worst seller identification and sample gathering.
  • Manage continuity stock and negotiate handover dates with suppliers.
  • Update delivery schedules and systems to reflect the latest delivery position.
  • Ensure accurate creation of department Purchase Orders and prepare trackers for Progress Meetings.
  • Collate and prepare information for supplier visits and meetings.
Requirements
  • Passion for the Fashion industry and ability to work flexibly at pace.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematically-minded skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively work at pace and adapt to change.
  • Awareness of and genuine enthusiasm for the Joules brand.
