Job Description

  • Provide specialist advice on risk management, including legislative and regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and implement risk management systems to ensure effective risk management processes.
  • Support the development of training programs related to risk management.
  • Monitor progress of improvement plans and report on CQC compliance.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Maintain Board Assurance Framework to support business objectives.
  • Lead on self-assessment against CQC standards.
  • Escalate significant non-compliance and mitigate patient safety concerns.

Requirements

  • Degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development in risk management, governance, or quality assurance.
  • Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or governance roles within healthcare settings.

Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
