SF Recruitment is seeking a skilled Receptionist to support our business in Solihull. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and front of house support to our visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet staff and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing information and support as needed
  • Manage and process courier and special post requests
  • Maintain front of house facilities to a high standard
  • Support the reception team and other departments within the group
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front of house role is essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
