Job Summary:

A highly experienced Human Resources Advisor is required to join a professional services company in Warwick. As an HR professional, you will take responsibility for a division of the larger business and provide HR business partnering to stakeholders.

This standalone role requires a confident HR professional with a consultative approach to their work. You will support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development, performance management, and through to offboarding.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support hiring processes by collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience and conducting effective onboarding for new team members.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on HR policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with company standards and employment laws.
  • Partner with managers to create a positive work environment, supporting initiatives to improve team morale, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify training and development needs within your portfolio, coordinating resources and programmes to ensure employees have access to opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisory role is essential.
  • CIPD qualification - level 5 preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law.
  • Experience of TUPE transfers and working with Trade Unions would be advantageous.
