Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Central London Community Health Trust's Tissue Viability team for a motivated healthcare support worker with an interest in wound care to contribute to our expanding team.

If you are passionate about wound care prevention and treatment with a drive for your own professional development, we would love to hear from you.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Tissue Viability nurse to provide tissue viability care, advice, support, education, and training to patients and carers on knowledge of relevant evidence, current research, good practice guidelines, and tissue viability policies within CLCH.

The post holder will be expected to rotate across a number of clinic services, including wound clinic and leg ulcer clinic, while also supporting with home visits.
