We are seeking an experienced Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager to join our stable and close-knit team as Team Manager in our Children with Disabilities service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of short breaks and differing care packages, as well as experience in managing and overseeing cases including CIN, CP, and Children Looked After.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee cases including CIN, CP, and Children Looked After
  • Develop and implement effective care plans

Requirements:

  • Social work qualification and registration to Social Work England
  • Experience in managing and overseeing cases in a children with disabilities service
  • Strong understanding of short breaks and differing care packages
