Working Hours:Monday - Friday, Office Based during the initial training phase. Following this, we are open to discussing a flexible hybrid working arrangement that suits your preferences.
Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Receivable Specialist:- Handle a substantial volume of communications daily, including calls and emails, to address customer credit inquiries and outstanding account issues.
- Generate overdue reports and conduct sales and general ledger analysis for the Credit Manager.
- Evaluate new account applications and provide relevant feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of disputed invoices; assist customers by providing necessary documentation such as invoices, credit notes, and statements upon request.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to facilitate prompt processing of orders for dispatch.
