**About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
**Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in a business development or sales role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction or engineering market, including trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
