Job Title: Building Surveyor - Cladding and Façade Expert

We are representing a Surveying and Consultancy firm based near Southampton who are searching for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their business.

The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage cladding combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues. They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.

The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of reports and project management duties. You will work alongside a Senior Building Surveyor undertaking report writing duties for the replacement of Cladding and Façade projects. You will be working with a team of façade experts, and you will be given the ongoing training and guidance relating to technical specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career to that next level with full APC support to become MRICS.

Requirements:

* Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)

* Full UK driving licence and use of a car

* Someone with a real passion for building surveying and construction

* Eager to learn and undertake training

* Strong IT skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel)
