Do you consider yourself very organised and great at getting the job done?

As the Commercial Coordinator you’ll be that first point of contact within the business for the Commercial team’s day to day admin.You’ll be providing technical and administrative support to the Commercial team ensuring both projects and tasks are delivered to a high standard within required timeframes.

You’ll build strong relationships not only with the Commercial team, which include our Quantity Surveyors, Supply Chain Management and Systems Management but also customers, suppliers and key external stakeholders.

You’ll be using commercial business systems including ROCC, our contractor portal and Service Now, so you won’t be phased by systems and will bring your previous experience with you.

**About you**

This won’t be your first Coordinator/Administrator role, you’ll be looking to bring your existing skills and experience with you to really make the job your own.

You will understand how a process can really support getting a job done and you’ll have no difficultly working to deadlines, keeping strong records and making sure everyone that needs to know is in the loop.

You will have excellent IT skills and will ideally have previous experience in commercial operations and the systems that are used.

You’ll consider your people skills as an asset and will build strong relationships to grow a network of skills and knowledge around you.

This is a flexible role you can base yourself from home or the office whichever is your preference. There will be times that you’ll need to attend meetings in either Devizes or Andover so being willing and able to travel to these offices will be a requirement.
