Job Overview

This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is eager to develop their skills in business administration. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the team to coordinate and manage customer service requests, providing great customer service to our clients.

The role involves supporting the team by coordinating and managing customer service requests, acting as first line support for clients via telephone, email, and online portals. The ideal candidate will ensure that queries are responded to in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual who is looking to start or continue their career in business administration. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration qualification and be part of a small but dynamic team.

About the Role

This role involves:

  • Initial handling and logging of various client requests via telephone, email, or online portals
  • Generating jobs on the Corrigenda CAFM system
  • Raising and issuing purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
  • Processing and inputting worksheet information correctly onto our system
  • Liaising with and providing feedback to customers on the progress of jobs
  • Liaising with external contractors
  • Relaying instructions to engineers and collating details of works in progress
  • Liaising with contract managers and engineers to ensure effective communication
  • Updating client portals
  • Assisting with arranging site access and appointment bookings with clients
  • Answering the phone in a timely manner and directing calls/taking messages accordingly
  • Other general administrative duties
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of C/4 grade in English and Math (or equivalent)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a small team to become a 'Team Player' whilst demonstrating initiative and ability to work independently
  • Confident when speaking on the phone with a pleasant manner
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload
  • IT literate – must be confident in all Microsoft Office Packages
