Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Sales and Administration Professional to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our support team, you will provide sales and administrative support to customers and the non-office based sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an outstanding level of customer service in both English and German languages
  • Efficiently taking and processing sales orders
  • Building relationships with other business team members and clients
  • Liaising with field-based sales Team to support with sales administration
  • Taking ownership of any customer issues or requests from start to finish

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent German language skills - both written & spoken
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Articulate verbal and written skills
  • A confident telephone manner and natural rapport with customers
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and have a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel) and an ability to learn in-house data systems
  • Very strong work ethic and happy to work in a small friendly team
  • Ability to work under pressure

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,500 per annum and a dynamic working environment.
