About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance experience to work in a varied and interesting finance role. We offer AAT study for the right individual. The role encompasses a wide range of duties within the Finance department using Sage 200 accounting package and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of both the UK and foreign purchase ledgers, including registering invoices, issuing for authorisation, full analysis, timely payment generation, and statement checking.
  • First point of contact for customer debit note queries and sales queries.
  • Bank reconciliations, petty cash, VAT returns, royalty reporting, asset register, and customer profitability analysis.
  • General office and reception duties.
