Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to students with SEND on a day-to-day basis
- Assist with classroom activities, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Help create a positive learning environment for all students
- Support teachers in managing behaviour and ensuring student engagement
- Flexibility and reliability are essential
- Experience in SEND settings is beneficial, but not required
- A passion for working with children with additional needs
- Ability to build positive relationships with staff and students
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
