We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as the Head of Residential Childcare Services. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of children and young people with complex medical conditions.

As the Head of Residential Childcare Services, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to our residents. You will work closely with Registered Managers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care, and you will maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Substantial experience working with children with learning disabilities in a residential care setting.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Manager (or similar).
  • Experience in Ofsted inspections, compliance and regulations.
  • A Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management in Children's and Young People's Workforce or relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 per annum, based on the location of Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, and the level of experience required. In addition to an excellent salary, you will also benefit from a range of benefits, including:
