LLOYDS PHARMACY LIMITED invites applications for the position of Head of Pharmacy Services. The successful candidate will lead our pharmacy services, driving high standards and ensuring exceptional care for our patients. With over four decades of experience supporting patients since 1975, we prioritize patient care and aim to provide outstanding service delivery and patient outcomes.

This senior role requires a registered and qualified pharmacist as recognized by the GPhC, with significant experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and specialist therapy areas. You should possess a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing UK pharmacy practice. As a business acumen expert with strong analytical and operational planning skills, you will oversee day-to-day operations and drive innovation and improvement.

Key responsibilities include creating a robust learning framework for pharmacists, promoting continuous professional development. Our benefits package includes an estimated salary of £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on your experience, as well as 28 days annual leave and a company bonus scheme. We also offer outstanding training & development programmes and full support from our employee assistance programme.

Requirements
  1. A registered and qualified Pharmacist as recognized by the GPhC.
  2. Significant experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management, and specialist therapy areas.
  3. In-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing UK pharmacy practice.
  4. Commercially astute with strong analytical and operational planning skills.
  5. Highly organized with a track record of driving innovation and improvement.
