We are currently seeking a skilled 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our client in Norwich, with a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing level 2 server, network and desktop technical support, diagnosing customer issues and providing a high level of first time fix.

This role involves incident and problem management, taking over from 1st line engineers where escalation is required, and providing exceptional service support to internal and external customers.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience within the IT sector.
  • GCSE Maths & English.
  • Either an active DBS Enhanced Clearance or a clean record to obtain one.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting using Microsoft Windows desktop platforms and applications, Apple Mobile technologies, Android & Windows mobile technologies, Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server platforms, and Office 365.
