Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to children with SEN, particularly those with Autism, in both specialist and mainstream settings.
- Assist class teachers in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment conducive to the holistic development of each child.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our students.
