Special Education Support Worker

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a supportive educational environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs, a patient and empathetic approach, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teaching staff in planning and delivering special education needs provision
- Assisting with the daily care and education of special educational needs pupils
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- A patient and empathetic approach
- Good communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience (estimated). Term time only, part-time and full-time based on daily supply. Summer term start with potential for permanent position.
