Hospital Chef Role:
We are recruiting a Hospital Chef to join our team at Kingfisher Nursing Home in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing healthy meals for our residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role and setting preferred
- Certificate Level II in Food Safety and Hygiene
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
