Join our team as a Senior Cook and Menu Planner, where you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional care by preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Perform regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
Experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager in a care home setting is essential.
A Certificate Level II in Food Safety and Hygiene is mandatory.
The successful candidate must have knowledge of nutritional needs of older people and relevant health and safety regulations.
