Care Home Culinary Specialist

Estimated Salary Range: Up to £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the care team to plan seasonal menus that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ensure a clean kitchen environment
- Conduct regular checks to guarantee adherence to food safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cook in a similar setting and environment
- Possession of a Certificate Level II in Food Safety and Hygiene
- Familiarity with nutritional requirements for older adults
- Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety regulations and policies
